Circle is designed to help people discover shared interests, join circles and activities, and build meaningful real-world connections in a safe and respectful environment.
These guidelines apply to all Circle users, free and paid activities, circles, discussions, experiences, photos, content, and interactions made available through the platform.
By using Circle, you agree to follow these guidelines, the Terms of Use, and other applicable policies.
Activities may be free or paid. All payments relating to paid activities take place outside Circle, directly between the organizer and participant.
1. Respect Others
We want Circle to be a place where people can connect and share opinions and interests without abuse.
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Threats or intimidation.
- Harassment or bullying.
- Repeated insults or deliberate targeting of others.
- Incitement to violence or harm.
- Aggressive behavior that endangers others.
- Unlawful harassment or targeting based on personal characteristics.
Differences in opinions or interests are not violations by themselves, provided interactions remain respectful and lawful.
2. Protect Your Safety and Others
Activities on Circle may lead to real-world meetings between users.
Use your judgment and take appropriate precautions, particularly when meeting people for the first time.
Do not create, organize, or promote unlawful activities or activities that expose participants or others to unacceptable risks.
An activity appearing on Circle does not mean we have verified the activity, its organizer, or participants, or guaranteed their safety.
In an emergency or situation involving immediate danger, contact the appropriate authorities directly.
3. Honesty and Authenticity
Trust is fundamental to the community we aim to build.
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Impersonating others.
- Creating accounts to deceive others.
- Deliberately providing misleading information for fraudulent purposes.
- Falsely claiming to represent an organization.
- Creating fake activities or circles to deceive users.
- Deliberately misrepresenting an activity, its organizer, date, location, or available places.
- Advertising an activity as free and then requiring payment to participate.
- Submitting malicious reports or fabricated information intended to harm others.
4. Respect Others' Privacy
Do not publish private or personal information about another person without an appropriate right or permission.
This may include phone numbers, addresses, private messages, photos, financial information, and other personal data.
Do not use information obtained through Circle to stalk, harass, exploit, or unlawfully target others.
Organizers and circle administrators must protect information they receive from participants and must not disclose or use it for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis.
Respect the privacy of reporters and people involved in complaints. Do not publish their information for retaliation or public shaming.
5. Share Content You Have the Right to Share
You are responsible for the text, images, and other content you publish through Circle.
Do not publish content that:
- You do not have the right to share.
- Infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
- Violates another person's privacy.
- Contains fraud or deliberate deception.
- Violates applicable laws.
- Is intended to unlawfully harm others.
- Discloses private personal or financial information without authorization.
6. Create Genuine and Clear Activities
When creating an activity, provide information that is as clear and accurate as reasonably possible about its nature, date, location or meeting point, and participation requirements.
Activities must be genuine and consistent with their advertised purpose.
Do not create fake activities or use activities to deceive users, improperly collect their data, or misleadingly direct them toward a different purpose.
If an activity's date, location, or other material details change, inform affected participants in a timely manner.
Organizers must comply with applicable legal requirements, including permits, licenses, and approvals where required.
7. Free and Paid Activities and Organizer Responsibilities
Circle allows users to create and participate in free or paid activities. All financial transactions relating to paid activities must take place outside the application, directly between the organizer and participant.
The organizer must clearly disclose participation fees, any additional costs, and booking, cancellation, and refund terms before participants join or commit to any payment.
The organizer is solely and fully responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and conducting the activity, obtaining all required licenses, permits, and approvals, and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and requirements issued by competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This includes public safety, security, public health, and any other requirements applicable to the activity's nature or location.
Circle does not collect, process, hold, or guarantee payments and is not a party to financial transactions or agreements between organizers and participants.
Circle is not responsible for obtaining or verifying the validity of licenses, permits, or approvals, conducting activities, managing activity-related risks, or violations, fines, damages, or claims arising from an organizer's failure to meet their obligations, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Publishing or listing an activity on Circle does not constitute approval, licensing, endorsement, or a guarantee of its safety or regulatory compliance.
Circle reserves the right to remove activities or restrict organizers' accounts where there is a potential violation of the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
8. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for planning and managing their activities lawfully, responsibly, and transparently.
This includes participant safety, accurate activity information, and compliance with applicable legal requirements, licenses, permits, and approvals.
Organizers must not falsely claim that Circle or a government authority has approved, licensed, sponsored, or endorsed an activity.
Circle does not necessarily verify all organizers' licenses, permits, or qualifications before activities are published.
9. Use Circles for Their Stated Purpose
A circle's name, description, and content should reflect its intended purpose.
Circles may bring people together around a wide range of interests, provided they comply with applicable laws, Circle's Terms of Use, and these guidelines.
Do not create fake circles or use circles to deceive users or unlawfully collect their information.
10. Religious, Cultural, and Social Activities
Circle does not prohibit an activity or circle merely because its subject is religious, cultural, or social.
The same rules apply to everyone, including compliance with applicable laws and respect for others and their differences.
11. No Spam or Misuse
Do not use Circle to send repeated, unwanted messages or invitations.
This includes:
- Unwanted mass messaging.
- Creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
- Abusive automated activity.
- Sending misleading links.
- Misusing invitations or join requests.
- Pressuring users to make undisclosed or fraudulent payments.
- Misusing the reporting or complaints system.
12. Commercial and Promotional Use
Circle is primarily designed for social and community interaction and participation in activities.
Organizers may disclose participation fees for paid activities, provided that the information is transparent and complies with the Terms of Use and applicable laws.
Unwanted commercial advertising, unauthorized mass marketing, fraudulent offers, and unlawful collection of user data for commercial purposes are prohibited.
Additional terms may apply to commercial features that Circle may introduce in the future.
13. Respect Participation Decisions
Some activities and circles may be open to everyone, while others may require approval from the organizer or circle creator.
Submitting a join request does not automatically confirm participation when approval is required.
If your request is declined, do not use other accounts or methods to bypass the decision or harass the organizer.
Organizers and circle creators must not misuse their authority to harass users or unlawfully discriminate against them.
14. Discussions and Experiences
Use activity discussions appropriately and keep contributions relevant to the activity.
After an activity ends, Circle may allow participants to share their experiences.
You may share your genuine experience, including negative experiences, without deliberately publishing false information, harassing others, or violating their privacy.
Do not use discussions or experience posts to publicly disclose private personal data or confidential messages.
15. Protect Accounts and the Platform

- Impersonation or fraud.
- Fake or misleading activities.

Provide accurate and relevant information to help explain your report. Do not submit malicious reports or fabricated information.
Submitting a report does not establish wrongdoing or automatically result in action against the reported person, activity, or circle.
Reporting through Circle is not a substitute for contacting competent authorities.
In an emergency, immediate danger, or a situation requiring official intervention, contact the appropriate authority directly.
17. Complaints and Support Requests
Complaints and support requests are different from reports about users, activities, or circles.
If you experience a technical issue, have an account-related question, or wish to submit a service complaint, you may use Contact Us within Circle.
We may review the information provided and request additional details where reasonably necessary.
18. Reviewing Reports and Taking Action
Circle's team may review reports and available information to determine whether a violation warrants action.
Depending on the case, we may consider the nature and severity of the reported behavior, repetition, context, and available information.
Appropriate actions may include:
- Removing violating content.
- Removing a violating activity or circle.
- Restricting certain account permissions.
- Temporarily suspending an account.
- Banning an account or terminating access to the service.
- Restoring content or account permissions following review, where appropriate.
Immediate action may be taken in serious cases involving safety, security, fraud, or other significant violations.
We do not guarantee a particular outcome for every report. We may be unable to share all review details due to privacy, security, or legal considerations.
19. Requesting Reconsideration of Moderation Decisions
If your account, activity, or circle is affected by a moderation decision and you believe it was based on inaccurate information or overlooked important circumstances, you may contact us through Contact Us to request reconsideration.
Explain the relevant decision and provide information you believe warrants review.
We may review the decision based on available information and may uphold, modify, or reverse it as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
A reconsideration request does not guarantee reversal or restoration of the account or content.
20. No Prior Approval of Content
Circle does not necessarily review every account, activity, circle, photo, post, or other content before it appears on the platform.
The appearance of content or an activity on Circle does not mean the company has approved, endorsed, or guaranteed it.
Content may be reviewed after a report is received, a potential issue is discovered, or review becomes necessary for safety, security, legal, or policy reasons.
21. Applying These Guidelines
We aim to apply these guidelines reasonably and consistently, taking into account the context and circumstances of each case and the information available.
These guidelines cannot describe every possible situation. We may therefore take appropriate action against behavior not expressly listed if it violates the Terms of Use, applicable law, or presents a material risk to users or the platform.
22. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update Circle's Community Guidelines as the platform evolves, new features are introduced, or operational or legal requirements change.
The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
